What Rosie and Lila Have Taught Me

Lessons in joy, presence and patience from my two girls.

Rosie and Lila are two of my greatest teachers. They live completely in the moment and greet every day with enthusiasm.

They’ve taught me patience, routine and the importance of daily walks — no matter how busy life gets.

They also remind me to celebrate small things: a sunny spot on the floor, a favourite toy, a familiar face coming through the door.

Life with them is full, a little messy and incredibly joyful. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
