The Power of Slow Mornings

How starting the day gently has changed the way I work and live.

I used to start every day by checking my phone before my feet touched the floor. It set a reactive tone that followed me all day.

Now my mornings are slower. Coffee, quiet, a walk with the girls and a moment to think before the world asks anything of me.

This time has become where many of my best ideas appear. Without the rush, my mind finally has room to wander and connect things.

You don’t need hours. Even twenty unhurried minutes can change how the rest of your day feels.
