Redefining What Success Means to Me
Moving from achievement for its own sake to a life that feels meaningful.

Early in my career, success meant more: more clients, more revenue, more recognition. Each milestone felt good for a moment, then quickly faded.
Over time, I started measuring success differently — by how I feel, the quality of my relationships and the impact my work has on others.
This doesn’t mean ambition disappeared. It means my ambition is now pointed at things that actually matter to me.
Success isn’t simply about what you accomplish. It’s about building a life that means something to you.
