Busy seasons have a way of crowding out the people we love most. I’ve learned that relationships need to be scheduled with the same care as meetings.
Weekly dinners, regular calls and phone-free evenings have become non-negotiables in my calendar.
Presence matters more than quantity. An hour of full attention means more than a whole day of being distracted.
At the end of the day, success feels empty if there is no one to share it with. The people are the point.
