How I Decide Which Ideas to Pursue
A simple framework for choosing opportunities with clarity.

Entrepreneurs rarely suffer from a lack of ideas. The real challenge is deciding which ones deserve your time and energy.
I ask three questions: Does it solve a real problem? Does it align with my values? Do I have — or can I build — the right team to execute it well?
If an idea passes, I test it small before committing fully. Conversations with potential customers often reveal more than months of planning.
Saying no to good ideas is what makes room for great ones. Focus is one of the most valuable things a founder can protect.
