A Sunday Reset
A simple, intentional routine that helps me recharge and start the week clear.

Sundays are sacred in our home. They start slowly — a long walk with Rosie and Lila, a good breakfast and no rush to be anywhere.
In the afternoon I take an hour for my reset: tidying the spaces I use most, planning meals, reviewing the week ahead and choosing my priorities.
I also check in with myself. What went well last week? What drained me? What do I want more of? These small reflections shape the decisions I make next.
By Sunday evening, my home and mind both feel clear. It’s a simple ritual, but it makes Monday feel like a fresh start instead of a scramble.
